| Stage-5 | ProcessingLocal approval, medical fitness certificate and other safety precautions, venues will be finalized by organizer. After finalizing, the event date will be given by global world record. |
| Stage-6 | Global world Record Mega EventOn event date, officials and judges will come to the event and will monitor the event. Organiser should follow the global world record policies. Global World record attempt certificate, medal and t-shirts will be given. |
| Stage-7 | Award FunctionWorld Record holder certificate and official confirmation will be given in award function in front of the chief guest. |
