                                                                                             Mr.K.S.NIHKESH at his age of 7 , STAR BLACK DRAGON MARTIAL ARTS, CHENNAI . He set a New Record in GWR Global World Record .” He has performed 10 different Asanas with in 3 Minutes (1.padahastasana , 2.akarashanadhanurasana , 3.paschimotanasana , 4.bhujangasana , 5.dhanurasana, 6. Ardhahalasana ,7. chakarasana(lying) ,8.padmasana (front bend fourhead ground touch) , 9 . Padmasana(balance), 10. Bhujangasana)“. He made a new YOGA “GWR Global World Record ”. This event was held on August 7th, 2022 at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Hosur, Tamilnadu , India. The contestant has achieved that world record with our all the requirements and guidelines of “GWR Global World Record”.
